Refunds will be processed within 20 to 90 business days, depending on the payment processor. We strive to initiate the refund as quickly as possible upon receipt and verification of the request, but please note that delays are out of our control due to payment processing timelines.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of your purchase. After this period, no refunds can be issued, except in cases where our service is unusable for more than 48 hours due to issues caused by us.

3.3 Credit Card Refunds:

4. Exclusions from Refunds

  • Temporary Channel Issues:
    Certain channels may occasionally experience freezing, buffering, or may not work. These issues are typically temporary and can be caused by various factors, including:

    • Internet fluctuations on the customer’s side.
    • Problems with the customer’s device or setup.
    • Issues with the customer’s internet service provider (ISP).
    • Temporary issues on our server side.

Since these problems are usually temporary, refunds will not be issued for them. Our engineers are continuously working to resolve such issues.

  • Change of Mind:
    Refunds will not be issued if the customer changes their mind after purchasing or decides to opt out without any technical issue or problem with the service.

5. Compensation for Extended Outages

In cases where you cannot access your IPTV subscription for more than 48 hours due to an issue caused by us, we will fully refund the package price or extend your subscription to account for the lost time. Additionally, we may offer a bonus to compensate for the inconvenience, which will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
